Reclass is Round Bytes' app for cram schools, tutoring centres, music studios, and independent coaches. It started life inside Optserv as Optclass, a school module bolted onto our HR product, and grew into its own product once it was clear tutoring centres needed something built for how they actually run.

The pain is familiar to anyone who has run a small school: the timetable lives on a whiteboard, attendance in a notebook, session packages in someone's head, and tuition reminders in a group chat. Reclass replaces all four with one app that admins, teachers, and students each see from their own angle.

We designed and built Reclass end to end, a Flutter app for iOS, Android, and iPad, with a split-screen tablet layout that works as a front-desk check-in station. Available now on the App Store and Google Play.

Plan classes in minutes

Set a weekly rule once, for a group or a private lesson, and Reclass generates every dated session from it. Reschedule, cancel, or swap in a substitute teacher for a single class without touching the rest of the term. Teachers can request schedule changes, admins approve them from the home screen.

Attendance in one scan

Every student has a personal QR code. Staff scan it at the door, or students scan the school's code to check themselves in. Each check-in marks the student present or late and deducts the session's credits automatically, so balances are always current and nobody counts sessions by hand.

Get paid on time

Reclass issues tuition invoices automatically for weekly or monthly students, flags anything unpaid or overdue, and lets admins add custom invoices for one-off fees. Schools can link payments to session credits, so a paid invoice tops up the student's balance without extra bookkeeping.
